I know of a realtor that has been called arrogant because he comes across so sure of himself, (I'll use only his first name, Richard, so as not to embarrass him.) I too, thought at times, "You think you know everything, that attitude will get you in trouble one of these days."
The more I saw him work however, the more my attitude changed.
I saw this man work into the wee hours of the night to find answers to questions raised by a client as well as tirelessly search to find the best possible deal for them, not himself.

The market is getting better despite all the media reports.
It drives me NUTS when day after day, news report after news report, the so called "experts" continue to forecast the bleak outlook of the housing market. There are buyers out there ready to move forward but too often they're frightened back into waiting until the market improves. How does anyone expect the market to improve when everyone is scared to make a move. It's kind of like post traumatic stress syndrome. I just drove through a neighborhood in Oviedo named Live Oak Reserve. What a beautiful area! From the beautiful water fountain at the entrance to the shade covered park toward the rear, this development leaves nothing to be desired. I heard Mike Huckabee speaking the other morning and he said something so incredibly simplistic in nature, it was practically over my head. We recently purchased our Central Florida home that sits on 5 acres. The most wonderful thing about living here in Florida is the wildlife. We have several families of wildlife that either live on our property or are frequent visitors. These are just two.

How many people out there remember the show Maude? It was a spin off from All in the Family back in the 70's. There was a saying she use when her husband, Arthur would make some snide remark.
