This post is mostly focused toward potential First Time Homebuyers in Northern Arizona but you never know who is reading these posts. I found out today that there is still plenty of funding available for First Time Homebuyers in NE Arizona. The criteria is fairly simple, you must not have owned property in the past three years, your income should fall in to the requirements, and you must attend a class sponsered by NACOG (Northern Arizona Council of Governement). SELLER WON'T COMMIT! - 05/23/08 12:45 PM
For the past week I have been trying to get one of my sellers to decide if he was going to renew his listing or not. I planned to run an ad in a local publication and this listing expires the day after the publication was going to come out. I called him three times to ask if he wanted to be included and he waffled back and forth, not sure, etc. etc. etc. so I finally had to really force the issue because of the ad copy deadline and he finally told me not to include his house because he … (6 comments)
