Buying a condominium unit can be more involved than buying a single family home. This is because you have to worry about both the unit itself and the condominium project as a whole.
10 Questions You Must Ask Before Purchasing A Condominium Unit
To borrow from a famous phrase, not all condominiums are created equally. Some condominiums are very well run; some are quite poorly run and underfunded. … (2 comments)

HOMES FOR SALE WINSTON SALEM NC -EXTERIOR REMODELING
Winston Salem homes are selling!  Spring has sprung, the neighborhoods are being spruced up, to enjoy a well deserved respite from the news "That Groundhog" gave us a several weeks ago.  It was a long winter to say the least!
Finally!  We're enjoying greener grass, the trees are budding, and the daffidils are blooming, especially in the established neighborhoods like where I live.  That's where you'll find the beauty of nature, because families have had time to see their efforts "take root", so to speak.

The Ex Factor… What do you tell a buyer’s agent when they ask about the divorce? - 03/16/10 10:45 AM
This Blog Post by Todd Clark, a wise broker from Beaverton, Oregon, is worth sharing to folks in our N. C. Triad Region.   It's great advice and I couldn't have said it any better.

Thanks to Todd for some great advice!
