My granddaughter (#2) spent 4 days of her spring break in Saint Louis at a Volleyball tournament. Her team has it down to a science!  They learned the basics, perfected their skills and play consistently well.  They know in order to win games they have to perform individually and anticipate their opponent's strategies working in sync as a team.  Much like we do in real estate.In real estate we need to have systems in place, anticipate changes in our market, work consistently and position ourselves as the "go to" person for consumers real estate needs.

What is an MPR?I was attending one of my grandaughters's basketball games at her high school and I heard several students referring to another event that going on in the MPR..huh??  Well I had to ask what is an MPR?  A "Multi-Purpose Room"!!  These rooms are used for many events...lunch room, volleyball games, basketball games, assemblies and the list goes on.

NW Austin, TX ~ Cedar Park Farmers Market ~ Mardi Gras Style

Every Saturday rain or shine the Cedar Park Farmers Market opens at 9am in NW Austin at the Lakeline Mall parking lot (behind Sears and Dillards) and lasts until 1pm.  This past Saturday the theme was Mardi Gras and everyone wore beads and even a few wore their masks!  The childrens corner was busy with youngsters making decorations for Mardi Gras celebrations.  JP and the Zydeco Angels kept everyone jiving to the Zydeco beat!
