Our daughter and husband’s children attend the RRISD system and are flourishing within the system. Our oldest granddaughter is now a sophomore in Westwood H.S. (shades of deja vue as our daughter graduated at Westwood) and has played on the Varsity Volleyball team since a freshman. She is a fun loving, attractive, witty, smart and popular teenager. There has been a 10% increase in the purchase of smaller square footage homes therefore the average sold price is down 6%. Smaller square footage homes tend to sell at a higher price per square foot therefore its understandable the price per square foot increased by 5%.
