The atmosphere of many companies co-existing in two tall glass green buildings is astonishing.Our CBRE landlords are always thinking of ways to accommodate us and provide some worthwhile exchanges for us to foster a cohesive group.In September as a collective group we were able to recycle 3,485 lbs of waste! That meant we saved:30 trees

Be sure and mark your calendars!! Canyon Creek's annual Fall Festival is scheduled on October 27th, 2012 at Trailhead Park. There will be two separate times for two different age groups!
If your child's age falls between 1-12 years old then plan on coming from 4p-6pm!  There will be a costume contest which is divided into 3 groups: ages 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12, a bouncy house and obstacle course, arts & crafts and loads of fun to be had by all!!

Westwood HS Girls Volleyball team is having a fantastic year! They are ranked 4th in Texas. We are proud sponsors of this “get it done” group of girls.
This article appeared last week in the local paper and since Hailey Stout is our granddaughter we couldn’t be prouder of her! As Hailey so aptly states the team chemistry has brought success to the 2012 Team. They enjoy being with each other, work well together and have a great group of players who are friends! When I was growing up if I kept asking “why” my mom wanted me to do something when I didn’t want to comply I would invariably get the old standby retort “Because I said so!” Infuriating to me of course but eventually I would drag my feet and do what she wanted (not happily and many times grudgingly).

Canyon Creek Elementary pulled out the stops this year for an event extravaganza! The annual Fun Run, National Night Out and The Scholastic Book Fair was celebrated on the school campus and what a fantastic turnout!Deputy Sheriff Elizabeth Eweld with the Law Enforcement Department worked diligently to provide a STARflighthelicopter, a Fire Engine, the Sheriff cars and a tow truck for the National Night Out event!
