Thursday morning my friend Kathy Streib wrote a post about something she was thankful for in her area, The Wild Life! She talked about Carol Williams     who wrote a post in December last year telling us about her goal for a Daily Gratitude Challenge.

This month Carol Williams is offering an interesting challenge in Active Rain. She’s asking us to share what we perceive is our personal strengths and how they help us in our business. On the flip side she wants us to also share our personal weaknesses and how we manage them to avoid derailing and staying on track with our business goals.
