coldwell banker united: When fireman do more than fight fires - 07/24/17 09:07 AM
I’m so grateful to learn that Fireman Dryerman was founded by Brett Ketchum, a full time firefighter in Austin. He’s witnessed a handful of dryer fires and plenty of lint-filled dryers while repairing washers and dryers on his off duty time. Brett had a light bulb moment and knew he could offer an important service to consumers. Brett hired some of his favorite fellow Firefighters and Fireman Dryerman was born! Don’t you love his company name? Brett’s company is getting glowing reports and consumers are spreading the word through NextDoor websites in Austin!
I’ve often seen this issue of dryer vent … (23 comments)

Larry Johnston is hosting Keeping in Touch Contest for an end of the year finale! This is my entry:
We all know (or should know) it’s vital to keep in contact with past clients whether they are a Buyer, Seller or a Seller who is ready to buy! According to ABOR 88% of buyers would use the same agent or recommend them to others so I’m going to definitely make sure I stay in contact with my past clients and make sure they know I'm in business.

coldwell banker united: Redefining "Move-in ready" - 08/12/16 05:59 AM
Coldwell Banker Real Estate just conducted a Smart Home Survey. They surveyed 1,250 U.S. adults who have broadband Internet access at home and 71% of all respondents want a move-in ready home. But a new twist uncovered that 44% said that smart home technology should already be installed. Another 57% would consider an older home updated if it had smart home technology.
It appears move-in ready is being redefined by home technology
• 71 percent of all U.S. Broadband Households if they were to buy a house today, they would want it to be move-in ready. When those respondents were asked what … (50 comments)

SOLD in the Canyon Creek Subdivision in NW Austin TX 78726
Single story homes located in the Canyon Creek Subdivision are sought after because there are few that come on market. The sellers contacted me after attending several of my open houses this past spring and wanted their home to be presented in the same fashion. It is fun assisting sellers who understand what it takes to get their home sold!
They moved out of the house into their new home so the interior of the home could be painted, carpet installed, windows washed and professionally cleaned. The home was staged by my … (10 comments)

It was a night to remember!!

Do you have a monkey sitting on your back? Others will try to pass their monkeys to you. If you are not careful you will find your back is overloaded with monkeys. It’s important to learn how to deal with these little gifts that keep accumulating on our backs. If you’ll remember to ask yourself one thing “what is in your control and what is not” it will be easy to keep the number of monkeys on your back to a minimum.
