Our annual NW Coldwell Banker Office "Girls Only Party" kicked off the holiday season and as always was full of laughs and giggles, ringing in the spirit of the holidays for all of us. Mixing and mingling with colleagues who are friends is always a good time! The admission to entry requires a plate of appetizers, desert, salad or whatever, a bottle of wine (most important) and a $20+ wrapped gift for the gift exchange. Numbers are passed out and #1 begins selecting their pick from the festive wrapped packages set by the fireplace. I love our Coldwell Banker Clients for Life program! The month of June we offered our clients a chance to register for 4 tickets plus vouchers for hot dogs and drinks at the Round Rock Express baseball game against Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Dell Diamond on June 29, 2018! Two of my clients were lucky recipients and I'll be delivering their tickets to them. It's going to be a fun evening and someone from Coldwell Banker will throw out the first pitch....... Coldwell Banker rolls out some awesome events for their “Agents Come First” program for those qualifying for On Track Success! I was proud to be an “On Track Qualifier” for the first quarter in 2018! We celebrated a fun afternoon at Top Golf brushing up on our golfing skills, ate some great food and toasted to our success! We had several team events and fun racking up points! I read a post from Wanda Kubat-Nerdin “Their Not your friends” awhile back and it’s been gnawing at me. I’ve heard other agents commenting to beware of other agents for various reasons and one is they will steal your clients! Even our beloved Lenn Harley touted other Realtors are not your friends! I was surprised to read the comments from Wanda’s post because so many agents experienced disappointing scenarios. I couldn’t get over the experiences from so many that tainted the way they viewed colleagues (I prefer that term rather than competitors). It is the season of giving and there’s no more perfect way to celebrate than to help build a home for a deserving family. Our Austin Board of Realtors® Foundation is proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity for the fourth annual “Holiday Blitz Build.” Our NW Austin Coldwell Banker Office as well as other offices signed up to help make a family’s dream of home ownership become a reality. The gals in our NW Austin Coldwell Banker United office look forward every year to our annual "gift grabbing" oops...I mean white elephant exchange. So many giggles, hoots and grins...my face was almost sore from laughing! Our gracious hostess, Lynn Wilkinson, recently remodeled her home and what an amazing job! Her style is impeccable...thanks for opening your home to us! Everyone contributed a bottle of wine, an appetizer and a gift not to exceed $25.
