It's hard to believe back in the late 1980's the Blanton Company started development of the NW Austin community called Canyon Creek (zip code 78726); located off Hwy 620 about halfway between Hwy 2222 and Anderson Mill Rd.  For those of you who remember, this area had been ranch and hunting property.  Perry Blanton envisioned a master planned community with parks, pools and hike & bike trails and it became a reality...thank you, Perry!
