I was reading several blogs this morning and the one Judi Barrett with Integrity Real Estate wrote on Homebuyers needing to get qualified: " Home Buyers, Please Don't be Offended... Just get Pre-Qualified. " stuck with me throughout the day. We all get calls from buyers wanting us to show them houses. Sellers want to make sure their homes are being shown to qualified buyers. It is our jobs as professionals to make sure a buyer has taken the time to get pre-qualified so we are showing homes to them they can afford and for what they are qualified to purchase given (98 comments)
In the January 2010 issue of Realtor Magazine, through an agreement with Remodeling Magazine, it laid out the average cost recouped for 33 home improvement projects in nine regions. In their Cost vs. Value Report they disclosed judicious home remodeling is still worth the investment. In this economy there is a sense of caution being reflected on home owner's return on investment in remodeling projects. What is most surprising to me is despite the common perception that contractors are hungry for work and deals should be plentiful, the average national cost of projects surveyed show the price is (14 comments)
