I’ve been working with my buyers for a year to find a floor plan in Canyon Creek that features 5 bedrooms with a master and secondary bedroom and full bath down. Last week the right floor plan on the right lot and street came on the market early in the morning. I text my clients and we scheduled an appointment to view the new listing at 10 am. We submitted an offer and found 2 more offers came in immediately. We were all given a chance to submit our highest and best and won the bid with a clean offer!

What I love about the Canyon Creek Subdivision is not only do adults contribute to make our community a better place to live; our teens are learning to make a difference and they deserve a shout out!
Amanda Hargis, a resident of Canyon Creek and a junior at Westwood High School completed 20 hours of community service again this year. Her project of calling in street lights that have burnt out has impacted the safety of Canyon Creek. This year she included non-functioning lights on Highway 620 to make our roads safer.

An Amazing turnout for the 2017 Annual Canyon Creek Easter Egg Hunt!
Parents and Grandparents in tow with children of all ages, walked, biked and drove to the Canyon Creek Park on the grassy knoll in front of the Canyon Creek Pool! There were three age groups participating in areas marked by Yellow, Blue and Purple outlined areas. I love our Canyon Creek community! For 2 weeks I received plastic filled eggs (a dozen per child participating) delivered to my house to my Easter Egg Hunt Drop off Box! My dining room was overflowing with unusual shapes, sizes, glittering and sizzling eggs!

It’s the perfect time to begin your spring cleaning sorting out things that need to go into the Annual Canyon Creek Garage Sale! We voted on the dates and the majority rules! The dates are Saturday, April 22nd from 8am - 3pm; and Sunday, April 23rd from 11am - 3pm.
