What I love about being a Real Estate Agent

There are several reasons why I like being a real estate agent such as staging, viewing homes, and helping the buyer envision possibilities. But here some of the main reasons I love working as a real estate agent in Orange County and beyond:

Entrepreneurship – As I See It

Being a real estate agent provides me the ability to work for myself and be my own boss. It allows me to set my own goals and act on my own inspirations. It allows me to set my own schedule and balance my business with the rest of the important areas of life such as family - and it gives me the flexibility to make changes when needed.

I Enjoy Working With People

Being a real estate agent in Orange County and beyond provides me the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers of all walks of life from around the world. It allows me to build relationships with my clients and come to know them and learn aout their cultures. It provides me with life experiences that remind me of all that I have to be thankful for -  as well introducing me to new aspirations to strive for. It makes my rather small world in the big picture of things - much bigger.

It Is My Passion

I love real estate. It’s my passion - away from work and in my work.  I found my passion in real estate years ago screening prospective tenants for our 11-unit redevelopment project for subsidized housing in the City Los Angeles. It was during this process I met this newly divorced mother of four little girls. She was a young, educated and hard-working woman that lost her husband and provider to another love - the love of cocaine. Long story short, I played a small part in helping this family with getting their life back on track - and it felt good!

Helping a family with their housing needs in Orange County and beyond; regardless if it is a rental, a purchase or a sale, brings me both satisfaction and fulfillment. 

That is what I love about being a Real Estate Agent.
