 A brief overview:

•1)      Alexandria Development has 83+ acres in Naples to develop in three phases, seeking equity partner or investor. I have personally know Sean Coutts, one of the principles for about 10 years. His prior business in the international textile brokerage was very successful with offices in Miami, Brazil and Taiwan.

•A)     Phase I, Commercial Village Center (PUD) all permits, etc... in place, seeking $12M+ to begin development.

•B)      Phase 2, Storage / Flex Center $9M

•C)      Luxury Motor Coach Resort $17M+

 

•2)      Brillyant is a newly formed company comprised of successful entrepreneurs, engineers and scientist that have joined forces to address the issue of our global water supply. I  personally know Rick Grosh, one of the principles thru other long standing business relationships. They are seeking $6M for Business Expansion and Growth. The business plan is detailed and in depth.

 

The company has three main lines of business:

1.) Bottleless Water Purification Systems: A small, self-contained, five-stage water purification system

that is primarily leased to businesses; which replaces the need for bottled water all the while

providing more assured quality to the customer - The Bottleless solutionTM,

2.) Ballast Water Decontamination: The manufacturing and sale of a ballast water decontamination

system to the marine industry using a patented and proven technology, and

3.) Desalination: The design, construction and management of desalination plants using

soon to be patented technology.
