We've all heard of or used www.Craigslist.com , a website where you can post almost anything you have for sale including Real Estate.
They now have some of the toughest competition out there.  A new site that has an alliance with www.Oodle.com and has partnerships with CoxMedia and The Washington Post. 
Today I went to the Wal-Mart Website looking for a camera for taking my Real Estate Pictures and discovered something I wasn't aware of. 
If you haven't guessed it yet, it's none other than:  WAL-MART
 Yes, Wal-Mart now has free classified advertising at:   www.WalMart.com

   This step consists of many items, you should have by this point chosen your lender and been pre-approved.  Your realtor will need to deliver to your lender the final executed sales contract to the lender to begin the final loan approval process.

Well effective July 23, 2008 CELL PHONE numbers were released to the public.  Yes that means yours! 
CALL the National Register to add your cell phone to the DO NOT CALL LIST. 
You can do this by calling from the phone you want added:            1-888-382-1222
or go to:      www.donotcall.gov
You can also register a complaint on the website, but your phone number must have been on the do not call register at least 31 days before.
I hope this helps you save your cell minutes for the calls you want to make and receive.
