Okay, so you think life as you knew it is over, but what a great time to dust off your old marketing strategies and get out there.
How about widening you networking sphere with things like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. But don't forget the face-to-face networking.
Or get your ABR Certification(Accredited Buyer Representative) and spread the word that you have many new tools available to assist your buyers.

Sumner County, Tennessee was established in 1786 from the eastern part of Davidson County.
Sumner county has two unique geographical regions, which covers approximately 348,128 acres, 9,500 of which is covered with water, and woodlands cover about 98,000 acres.
The dividing ridge runs east and west across the county known as Highland Rim which has an average elevation of less than 1,000 above sea level.

Sumner County offers many opportunities for recreation.
Old Hickory Lake being just one, it is a major showcase for recreation in Sumner County. The dam that created the lake began operation in 1957 and covers approximately 225,000 acres of water, with over 440 miles of shoreline. their are fishing piers, docks, refueling stations
