In the little time I’ve been in real estate, my perceptions of the industry have changed drastically.  My first instinct when entering the world of real estate in 2010 was to appeal to clients by showing off my newly whitened teeth and my four-door luxury sedan.  This is what they want right?  They want to be driven around in a nice car, with a smiling agent happily complying with their ever wish, right?

 It seems like just yesterday when staying on the leading edge meant spending hours with my nose in the Journal or browsing the shelves of Barnes and Noble.  Immediate access to information over the web changed all that of course when staying on the leading edge meant having my laptop open with a Wi-Fi connection.  At that point in my life, it would have been hard to imagine more instant access to relevant information… but then “life” got in the way.
