Most home owners want to know what the agent will do for them, and how will it help sell their home . Most home owners want it in the newspaper, whether it be local or maybe a big town paper. Truth be known the newspaper isn't always the best place to be. Most homebuyers start the search on line, usually anywhere from 1  to 6 months before they want to start viewing homes. Then they want the Agent to send information on line to them so they can do a drive by, then they will call the agent to arrange a viewing. Signs on the property is also a way to be seen.   People go to web sites , having an  Agent is very important in the listing of a home, The Agent will get you more exposure, an agent will most likely put it on the Maine MLX and possible do a visual tour. Most customer love the visual tours because they can see more of the home and not have to waste their valuble time. Ask your Agent what they will do to get your home out there.
