Ladera Ranch-Peter Pan Audition
I frequently come across great opportunites for Ladera Ranch residents and found the upcoming musical theater performance of Peter Pan to be a particularly interesting local event.
The Ladera Ranch Education Foundation (LREF) is holding audition for its upcoming production of Peter Pan.  LRES & the Acting Academy for Kids are looking for Ladera Ranch students interested in being part of their upcoming musical Peter Pan. 
Auditions will be held on two dates: Tuesday Feb. 1st 3:00pm-4:30pm & Thursday Feb. 3rd 3:00pm-4:30pm
Aspiring thespians must attend one of the two auditions & register online.

Ladera Ranch-CUSD Calendar Change Reminder
Reminder to Ladera Ranch Residents and Capistrano Unified School District students
CUSD had originally set Feb 17, 2011 & May 27, 2011 as furlough days (No School).
These days have been added back to the 2011 school year calendar and are regular school days.
The CUSD board meets on March 8th 2011 & will vote on calendar dates for the 2011/2012 school year.  A calendar should be posted shortly after and will show when or if our district will have any further furlough days.
