LADERA RANCH EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS 
LADERA RANCH, ARE YOU PREPARED FOR AN EMERGENCY?
The Lader Ranch CEPA (Community Emergency Preparedness Academy) is offering an eight week series of workshops designed to prepare Ladera Ranch Residents to take care of their family in an emergency until help can arrive.
The Series starts April 11, 2011 at 6:30PM (2-4 hours) and ends with a Graduation on June 6, 2011. Residents 18 years and older are welcome. Workshops are free of charge.
Topics include fire/water safety, emergency preparedness, CPR, First Aid and much more.

Ladera Ranch - LFL Registration
Registration is now open for the 2011 Fall Season of the Ladera Football League! Be a part of one of Ladera Ranch's most exciting youth sport programs.  LFL is a fantastic organization that teaches the fundamentals of football in a non-contact setting.  
Registration this season will be capped at 540 players.  So Don't Delay!  Registration has closed early the past three seasons with many players being placed on a wait list.

What do you do when school boundaries are hard to decipher?  Relying on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)  to supply the correct school information on a listing is often a big mistake.  Unfortunately, on occasion an agents will not research a properties school assignment and simply rely on another agents previous entry.  The problem is the information could be out of date or just wrong.
