Today I was very encouraged by the fact that there were massive amounts of people out spending money at the local IKEA store where Doug and I made a stop to shop.  The sales person at the register said, "You would think we were giving things away for free for the amount of people that have been here today".  He had not experienced such lines either in recent memory.  Almost every register was open; it wasn't even close to this amount of people in the checkout lines before Christmas when I visited a few times.  So I take this experience as … (2 comments)
