Stink Bugs
For the past few evenings I have been visited by a Stink Bug as it flies around the lamp over my computer. It hangs out on some papers near by, walks a little, then flies again. So I Googled them and what I found out was interesting to me. Apparently they seem to have arrived in South Eastern Pennsylvania in 1998 from Japan and China.  Allentown seems to be the place where they entered Pennsylvania.
I have never killed one so I do not know the smell they give off that renders their name. All I know is that … (5 comments)

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) has gotten approval to build another shelter in Bucks County, Pennsylvania to accommodate increasing need for their services, particularly for foreclosure pets.
The nonprofit organization is set to start construction on an 11,000-square foot facility at the corner of Reservoir and California roads.
