The Delaware River has ice on it as the river did when Washington and his troops crossed the Delaware River to stop the invading troops north near Trenton.  If you look very closely at this photo on the left where the bank meets the river, there are 2 small boats, reproductions of the boats used by Washington and his troops back in 1776.  Every Christmas there is a reenactment of this historic crossing.

I've seen a number of flashmobs... you know there have been several with the Sound of Music theme... one to Doe a Deer in a subway station  in Antwerp, Belgium that stands out, and then there was a Hallalujah Chorus version in a food court, that was kinda fun.
