Smedley Park is located off of Baltimore Pike and the Blue Route (Route 476) and borders the Springfield Country Club. If you look at a map of Delaware County, you can see that a large portion of the park is in Nether Providence Township and a smaller portion is in Springfield Township. Smedley Park does have the sound of the Blue Route in the background but it offers a contrast to that sound with the green space, trails and Crum Creek that runs through it. Cherry Blossoms In Rose Tree Park, Media, PAYesterday we took a walk in Rose Tree Park and were delighted to see cherry blossoms. It was a day with sun and no clouds, but it was in the low 40's with a brisk wind. There were only a handful of people scattered around the park grounds. Other trees were beginning to bud like the magnolia tree and a few others that I could not identify.
