The Bank of Canada announced that it will hold it's target overnight rate at 1%. Global uncertainty over the European and US economies continue to effect the Canadian economy. The Canadian dollar continues to be strong at $1.01 Royal Bank is offering prime + 1/2% (special offer) effectively 3.5%.
Historically for the last 10 years the variable rate has always been with the exception of Nov 2002 - Jan 2008.

Prices seem to have come back to the 2007 levels on everything except condos and town homes. Conos and town homes have fallen in price about $20,000. There are not as many lots selling as compared to 2007 but the inventory is also about half of the 2007 level as well. The number of homes listed Sept 2011 was 642 compared to 528 in 2007. So I win an IPad and now I need to figure out how to use it. I looked all over the net and the ITunes store and here are the apps I found usefull or hope are usefull...still testing some.
Adobe Photoshop Express (I have Photoshop) I think I'll only use it for twitter pics or Facebook.Dropbox - Love this app! I have made price reductions on several of my listings. The market is making some adjustments with the global economy however the market is still moving and interest rates are still very low.
Reduced to $239,900 from $259,900, This is a great deal! The asking price is $32,000 below what he paid for it.
Reduced to $229,000 from $237,000.
This unit is one of the largest in Deerwood and has tiled floors, 3 bedrooms and air conditioning.

Sounds incredible but true! I added another data plan to my IPhone package for my new IPad. It will cost me $11.83 more per month for the package. As a reward for spending more money with my cell service Rogers moved me to paperless billing without asking. I phoned to complain and I was told if I want a paper bill it will cost me $2/month. Yes they now charge you for an invoice!
