Are you preparing to sell your property?

Wondering what you need to do?

Then a checklist is probably right for you (I highly recommend it) A checklist will keep you focused on the things you need to do and not sidetrack you.  It will offer peace of mind (at least I think it will).

Below is a rudimentary graphical checklist. For a more in-depth checklist contact, the Real Estate professional you decide to list with.

Last evening Pam & I attended the North Shore Music Theater's presentation of Robert Lewis Stevenson's classic "Jekyll & Hyde" starring Tony-nominated Constantine Maroulis (Jekyll/Hyde), of American Idol fame and Diana DeGarmo, as Lucy, who I think is also an American Idol alumn. It was the best show of the season, thus far!

You all know I am a fan of KCM and the information they share in the Real Estate community. So, today I am sharing their #1 reason for selling your property before the … (6 comments)

Wages are not really keeping up with Real Estate prices.
Yet, people are clamoring to purchase a home. When a listing does come on the market it gets bombarded with request for showings and the majority are gone within a week or two. The folks at … (17 comments)
