I've had a couple of people comment to me recently that there seemed like a lot of foreclosures (Bank owned) property on the market. I was thinking the bank owned inventory was down a little so I did some checking on market conditions for foreclosed properties.
Bank owed properties accounted for almost 27% of sales for the last 30 days. The bank owned inventory is dropping fast. Although we are still receiving new listings for bank owned property on a daily basis, the indications are that the banks are succesfully negoiatiing many buyers out of foreclosure. Friday Night Lights...... are Still Shining in Independence for Simon Kenton Football - 12/08/08 01:12 PM
It's a first in the 70 year history for Independence's Simon Kenton High School. They are playing in the 2008 State 6A Championship football game. The FIRST time a number 4 seed from Northern Kentucky has made it to the final championship game. For many years now the 6A championship teams have been limited to the Louisville power houses, Trinty High School and Louisville Male High School.

The geeks at Google just plain "get it". They look at things from the perspective of the consumer and not the, "how can we make more money", point of view.
