san ramon ca real estate: Under $1 Million Remains Hot : April 2010 San Ramon Market Update - 06/22/10 11:02 AM

With gains in inventory outpacing gains in pending sales in April, the San Ramon real estate market loosened up a little. In the market where pending sales actually fell for homes priced over $1 million that is especially true. In April, the market for homes priced under $1 million remained tight as it made up for 78% of the inventory.
At the end of April, inventory increased by 20%, overall, to 118 single family homes. Over the 98 homes in inventory at the end of March, there has been a 20 unit increase. At the end of April, pending sales increased … (0 comments)

* They also predict a drop in the median home price statewide of 4%, down to $553,000. The good news: The prime markets in the Bay Area are expected … (0 comments)
