There is going to be a Grape-Stomping Party at Bridgeview Vineyards Winery
The event is a fundraser for a new I.V. Visitor sign.
The event is from 4-7 p.m. Sat. Sept. 20
The cost is $25. You can get tickets at Sterling Bank , Northwest Hairlines & Bridgeview Vineyards Winery
There is going to be Wine Tasting, Live Music, Hors d'oeuvre, and Refreshments.
Bridgeview is in Southern Oregon near Cave Junction. You can get directions on the Bridgewiew website.
I need to get out there and take some photos.
Maybe I will see you there.

My Bamboo Circle - 09/17/08 03:16 AM
What do you do when you put up an above ground pool in your backyard, then when summer is over you take down the pool and there is a 15' round dead spot in your lawn?
Well, I made a round sitting area, called The Bamboo Circle. I used all potted plants incase I wanted to put it back as a lawn. But after 5 years it looks like it is going to stay.
There are four chairs and a couple of tables. It is just the right size to sit around and talk.

Wait a minute. Sorry... False Alarm they are Puppets.
They were part of the Labor Day Parade in Cave Junction, Oregon.
The Puppets are created by The Illuminated Fools.
The Labor Day Parade is pretty good for a small town. It is put on by the Lions Club. The Parade is part of a three day festival.
