An anomaly has occurred in High Plains Village. The current inventory has single family actives doubling the attached dwellings (condos/town homes) and less than 30% of the total units built. The upside down affect if you will.

These stats are somewhat unfair.... Thompson Crossing is a very new sub-division making the inventory too new for a good sampling. Hopefully speculation will slow and sold units will catch up to the current inventory.
