Sacramento MLS Housing Statistics for July 2008 - 08/13/08 06:05 PM
The Sacramento Association of Realtors has released it's MLS stats for July 2008. The data is for Sacramento County and the city of West Sacramento.Here's the highlights:The total Listing Inventory has dropped to 7,880 from 8,414 in June. A 6.3% decrease.The inventory supply went from 4.5 months in June to 4 months in July. (This means if no other houses were to come on the market, at the current sales rate, we would run out of inventory in 4 months)The total # of Closed Escrows increased from 1,883 in June, to 1,979 in July.
