#JustSold 8-25-17 in College-Glen of Sacramento. This property had been a rental for a number of years for my seller clients. When they first called me the tenant had just moved out and we went to see it together. It was in need of work. The carpets were well past their prime, some holes in the walls/doors, dirty, bathroom vanity needed to be replaced and many other items. I was able to coordinate painting, flooring, repairs and installations for them with my team of vendors. It turned out great compared to what it was just a few weeks prior. I was referred to the seller by an awesome client of mine. Real estate is so fun and interesting, every single sale is different than the last. For this sale, i did everything with the seller over the phone. He lived out of the area and there was a family member renting/moving out.
