market conditions: Are we in a buyer's market or a seller's market? - 01/01/08 12:04 PM

That is a question heard frequently by Real Estate Professionals, and it generates somewhat of a problem. Certainly there are some seasonal variances in the market. Late winter and early spring are generally times when there are a lot of buyers in the market. While mid-November through early January there are very few buyers.
