ChangingStreets.com will automatically send price, size and info with a link to photos and a mobile web page. The buyer can then link to a ChangingStreets.com agent to request a showing.

There are so many factors in todays market that make real estate more local than ever. I have been traveling a great deal lately and I have noticed one thing: the skill sets necessary to do business change dramatically from market to market. Are you in market with a lot of foreign second home buyers? Are you in a market with a lot of out of state investors? Are you in a round robin market (all local buyers and sellers)?
This industry is becoming more and more specialized. I love it.
