The market is changing, so much for Long Island and Queens, New York. We have alot to look forward for since their are so many incentives for the buyers through out Long Island. The new $8000 Tax credit for the buyers and also Long Island housing program offers assistance with down payment. It all depends on your income. Now the buyers are coming out before the end of the year ,so that they can take advantage of the tax credit.
