Melville, Dix Hills and Whealty Heights: September 2010 Market Report

In August Homes there were more homes for sale in Melville, Dix Hills and Wheatley Heights. Home for sale decreased in September for Melville and Dix Hills.However in Wheatley Heights the number of homes sold increased.
The Average price for a home sold in Melville increased due to a large purchase,however in Dix Hills and Wheatley Heatley didn't change much. In Dix Hills sale price in August is $634,269 but in September $633,000. In Wheatley Heatley sale price in August is $341,000 and in September the sale price is … (2 comments)
