Web 2.0 philosophies will teach us to be as "transparent" as possible to the customer. Meaning, that we should be open and honest with our prospects at all times so that they feel re-assured that there are no "back-door" deals going on. Many will argue that it is too bad that the internet needed to reinforce that lesson for many agents.

I am in the fourth year of my real estate career and have heard and read much about the value of information and how the dissemination of information has evolved immensely in the past few years (especially in real estate). Fortunately for me, the President of our company, Joe Manausa, has a visionary understanding of the importance of Internet marketing.

As a result, we have decided to begin producing instructional type videos to reveal aspects of real estate that were previously unavailable to our consumers. I am not naive enough to think that we have a novel idea, but I am wondering how common this practice is.

This is one of our videos. I would like to know of others that are having success marketing on Youtube.
