In tough economic times, fewer people have the opportunity to visit a spa, but if you made your master bathroom into a spa-like atmosphere, that would create some value in the home. As you can see from the graph below provided by Zillow.com homes values in the State of Colorado are up 0.2 percent from this time last year, Colorado Springs is up 0.1 percent, Denver is up 2.3% and Fort Collins is up 1.4% overall.
