toronto real estate: Toronto Home Sales off to a strong start in 2012 - 01/17/12 08:16 PM
We are starting a New Year with Resolutions and Optimism! And an price increase of 8.5% averaged over last year.

When the Bank of Canada announced only 3 days earlier. http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/story/2012/01/13/f-mortgage-rates-record-low.html
TORONTO, January 17, 2012 – Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 1,506 sales through the TorontoMLS® system during … (6 comments)

toronto real estate: Is there a Housing Bubble for Toronto? - 12/10/10 12:31 PM
Yes, coming to a City Near you! The overheated housing market is causing a housing bubble and the impending fall of real estate values because of housing affordability. I have three simple answers; inflation, immigration and consumer confidence. Here are my sources of rebuttal; Canada’s residential housing sector is landing safely after a wild ride over the past … (0 comments)

toronto real estate: Time to Finger Print Ontario Home Sellers? - 03/24/09 08:11 AM
Chicago Home sellers will need to be finger printed

I would like to see that these fingerprints be destroyed after a period of time.Fingerprinting is something we often associate with crime. So the fact that Cook County home sellers will soon have to provide a thumb print left some people shocked."I wouldn't like … (1 comments)
