shortsales: 1 in 10 Homes are in Foreclosure? Choose a Short Sale! - 04/14/10 09:50 PM

1 in 10 homeowners in the US are currently in foreclosure. In many of these instances, foreclosure could have been avoided by contacting a Realtor and listing the home for sale by way of "Short Sale". Foreclosure should be the very last resort. If you or someone you know is facing foreclosure, contact an experienced Realtor and sell your home via "Short Sale". This option will save you 7-9 years recovery time in re-establishing your credit.
