Affordable Housing Summit - 05/31/09 03:22 PM
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors (MCAR) for putting on another wonderful event.   The Affordable Housing Summit was an open forum question and answer session with representatives from Freddie Mac, MISDA, a counselor for a Southwest Detroit Housing organization, a representative from Countrywide that is now with Bank of America Home Loans and of course, Bank of America itself. 
We had agents from all areas even some agents I know from the Port Sanilac and Lexington, Michigan area along with Macomb and Oakland agents.   Truthfully, MCAR has so many wonderful "FREE" events that … (0 comments)

Hi Everyone,
Just a little note with some news from the thisweek@kw  The first woman and the youngest contestant to every win the hit reality show The Apprentice has joined Keller Williams Greater Seattle Market Center as the head of their Luxury Home Division.  Kendra Todd also is a nationally recognized author, tv personality and lecturer.   I think this is just awesome--the talent Keller Williams attracts.   Also,  congratulations to all the Market Centers across the country.  On our first annual RED Day,  150,000 hours of community service was given to help in different ways :)  Congratulations!

I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Memorial Day and let's us all take a moment between our bbg's and get-togethers to remember everyone that has fought for our freedom and for all our men and women whom are fighting for our freedom at this very moment!

Armada Auction - 05/08/09 03:05 PM
I just wanted to congratulate my client Tom Hulway on being the winning bidder on the home located on Church Street in Armada.  Now we just have to wait to get everything finished up paperwork wise but when he gets done with the home, it will be a real charmer.
