When lead is absorbed into the body, it can cause samage to the brain and other vital organs, like the kidneys, nerves and blood. Lead may also cause behavioral problems, lerning disabilities, seizures and in extreme cases, death.

I have a question:
 
$500 in escrow on a short sale. The buyer walks from the deal, no approval yet. Inspections won't be until 10 days after sale approval. I'm trying to keep the escrow for the seller and sent the buyer's lawyer and Release and Cancellation Notice in favor of the seller keeping the escrow.
Today, the lawyer emails me the signed cancellation form stating the seller keeps the escrow. I get it on my blackberry and was 1/2 second away from forwarding it to the seller. Then the lawyer calls me and instructs me to not send it … (4 comments)
