We recently received a showing request for one of our listings and my husband told the showing agent about another listing we have that appeared to meet all of the buyer criteria. The showing agent commented that she couldn't understand why the second listing didn't pop up on her list of properties she was going to show to her buyer. It then turned out that the second listing didn't match the showing agent's own criteria: the co-broke being offered. She emailed my husband stating this as well.
