With 547 homes available and 51 sold last month, we have 10.42 months' inventory on the market today in Easley.  That's not terribly high compared to many areas of the country.  Prices are generally holding steady, as well, but NOT increasing yet.  It is an incredible time to be selling a home between $100,000 and $150,000, and a good time to sell any home up to $300,000.  The higher end market has not returned yet, but indications are that $300,000 to $500,000 will return within the next six months.

If you have questions about any of these numbers or want to talk about the value of your house (or your dream house), please call me today at 864-607-1189.  And remember, I am here to help you and your friends and family with ALL your real estate needs - just call or email at hmwest@gmail.com.
