So I am re-modeling a bath and laundry that are off of my kitchen. Purely by accident today while using joint compound, I noticed something which led me to cut out a small portion of the sheet rock. My suspicions were correct....Termites. I start ripping off of the sheet rock on this exterior wall and every 2x4 is chewed to pieces and some of the sheathing has also been eaten.
