Mortgage Web Site For Free rental - FREE Mortgage Web Site for rent - 08/22/10 10:47 AM
For almost two years, I have been cultivating my mortgage web site www.dreamhomefinancing.com. It is really a mortgage marketing site that has plenty of useful information for first time home buyers, refi candidates, etc.
The work I have spent in developing a web presence has been significant. There are a couple of thousand inbound links pointing to the site. The traffic is significant. In fact, earlier this year I was ranked #3 (right behind Allstate and Geico) for the term "Free Rate Quote". That was huge.
The skeleton and basic information of the site are completely custom. I did not buy … (1 comments)

Green Products For Your Home - Cheaper and Better - Environmentally Friendly - 08/08/10 10:51 AM
I am going to stray a bit from the usual real estate related post to discuss something that I feel strongly about...living environmentally friendly.
Living on the bay most of my life has opened my eyes to how harmful chemicals can upset the ecosystem. Today, we have 99% less clams, fewer mussels, and quite a few species of fish have found a home elsewhere. It is not because the bay is "polluted", but the chemicals have changed the PH, nitrogen levels, etc.  These changes have resulted in what can be called an infestation of sea nettles (jellyfish) to the point where … (2 comments)

Do You Need Additional Monthly Income? How About Your Clients? Residual Income? - 08/01/10 05:14 PM
