The Red Iguana In Salt Lake City - 07/30/11 10:29 PM

It is official, The Red Iguana in Salt Lake City is my favorite mexican restaurant....anywhere.
I first saw the Red Iguana featured on The Food Network show Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. I try to go to all of the restaurants featured on that show while I am traveling. Maybe 8 out of 10 places on the show are good. The Red Iguana is by far the best place that was featured so far.
The best part about this restaurant are their mole sauces. They have about 8-10 mole sauces daily. Ask for a sample of the mole and they will bring … (3 comments)
