The last few weeks of the real estate market has shown very sluggish sales in the Sandpoint Idaho and surrounding areas.  People, of course, are spending time getting ready for the Holidays.

The white lights of downtown Sandpoint are lining the city streets.  The Christmas tree is lit in the town square.  The snow plows have been busy removing record snows.  November will go down as the snowiest November in Sandpoint since the late 1800's!

Up on Schweitzer, there is a $10 dollar ticket day, with all the proceeds going to Cancer Care Services, in loving memory of Heather Gibson.  She was a true Sandpoint angel whose memory lives on in the lives of all who knew her.  This event is a great way to have fun and help another child in Heather's name.

It's hard not to feel sheltered from the rest of the world in this "It's a Wonderful Life" kinda town.  I only hope you and your loved ones can slow down and enjoy this season here in North Idaho.  Take it one deep mountain-air breath at a time!

Happy Holidays!
