Earth Week Energy Star Rebate Program for Illinois Residents - 04/16/10 04:28 PM
In celebration of Earth Week, Energy Star is offering point-of-sale rebates when you purchase certain appliances in-store through April 26th. The Illinois Energy Star Appliance Rebate Program gives consumers a 15% markdown (of up to $400) on refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, clothes washers and room air conditioners. The rebate program starts on Earth Day, April 16th at participating retailers.
Purchasers can also get an additional mail-in rebate of $75 for turning in old refrigerators and freezers to be recycled. You must replace your old fridge or freezer with a new one from the Energy Star rebate deal to be eligible, though. … (0 comments)
