In an effort to reduce nuisance vacation renters, the City of Marco Island is considering requiring every owner of a vacation rental home to make an application for resort dwelling certificate. Among other things, the application will require the owner sign an affidavit stating that he or she is aware of all City of Marco Island resort dwelling regulations, possible fire inspection and requirements for rental agents acting on the owners behalf. The Farmers Market is open from November to May and is located near Third Street in Downtown Naples ,Florida. You can find a variety of fresh produce including great Florida citrus and locally grown tomatoes and cucumbers. In addition there is a variety of handmade items from local artist, including hand crafted jewelry and fair trade bolga baskets from Africa. There is nothing more enjoyable than spending the morning sampling fresh foods in the morning at the farmers market in Downtown Naples, Florida.
